Over the past few months, our Genesis Change Management team has been hard at work putting together a SharePoint site aimed at keeping our caregivers up to date on what’s going on with the Genesis ERP project.
The goal of this site is to create a one-stop-shop for caregivers to access the latest Genesis news, information, and resources.
The site currently houses:
- Foundational Genesis resources (walking deck, intro video, etc.)
- News bulletins and recent communications
- Program timelines and launch dates
- Program contacts
As the program progresses, the site will continue to evolve and start featuring new and exciting materials, such as change agent network and learning facilitator resources, a calendar of change and learning events, and links to common “how-to” job aids.
Our target is to launch the site to broader enterprise partners in February, but first, we are launching it across IS and asking for your reactions and feedback. We’re looking for your thoughts on the structure, content, and overall user experience of the site.
