As shared by B.J. Moore, John Milne, M.D., IS & RESO Caregiver Experience executive champion, Doug Lewis, and our area CHRO leader Carlos Adame on our December 1 Open Forum call, we had impressive Caregiver Experience Survey results for 2020.
The results show the investments in our teams to take survey feedback over the past years and turn it into actionable improvements to the level of engagement and quality of workplace experience on our teams.
In addition to the high participation rates, 98% in IS, 87% in RESO, our results showed:
- An 11% improvement from last year in favorability of senior leadership within IS
- A 13% improvement from last year in favorability around survey follow-up within IS
- A 3-point increase in RESO supervisory favorability around “My supervisor actively supports growth and development”
Our senior leaders and core leaders are beginning the look into the data with their teams and identify opportunities to focus on for improvement in 2021.
