On Monday, November 9, 2020, we had two of our young adult Year Up interns introduce themselves.
Each month, we’ll meet one or two of the interns and let them tell you about their education and life journey, as well as the IS projects they are working on.
Jose Rodelas
- Jose is supporting communications projects, like monthly IS & RESO Update, SharePoint updates/development, and more
- He has a background in nursing, but has also completed business administration curriculum at South Seattle Community College.
- His eventual career goal may be to become a physician.
- “The Providence Mission and heritage resonated with me from my time at Catholic nursing college in Puebla, Mexico at Colegio de Enfermería (nursing) Emmanuel.”
Miti Logotal
- Miti is focusing on all aspects of training and communications with Adoption & Awareness, ranging from building PowerPoints and a OneTeam site map, to providing strategic feedback on the course of caregiver learning.
- Software development student in the Year Up program at Seattle Central College.
- Career goal is to work in software testing.
- “Fun fact, I took American Sign Language for three years.”
