The ServiceNow application team of IS Strategy & Technology Enablement is excited to announce that our next ServiceNow trip is scheduled to take you to Paris for Christmas!
As part of this Paris upgrade, we will be releasing required and default features to enhance your work experience in the platform. New optional features, such as Change Management Automation Enhancements, will be added to our product backlog for future consideration. This will limit the amount of operational change you experience, while keeping our platform secure and vendor-supported. The Paris upgrade will go live on Saturday, December 12. 2020.
The ServiceNow team, along with the process owners, are currently hard at work testing the upgrade and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for impacts.
