Due to Office 365 migration of SJH Shared Services users to the PSJH tenant, SJH calendar meetings and appointments may have been impacted.
If you were part of a recent tenant-to-tenant (T2T) migration, you will have received communication from OneTeam regarding the migration logistics, as well as this most recent known issue with calendaring. All meetings and appointments updated on legacy SJH calendars between the dates of Oct. 24, 2018 and Dec. 15, 2018 may not be correct on your migrated O365 calendar.
This includes meetings where the following actions may have occurred:
- Adding or removing an SJH caregiver
- Adding or removing attachments
- Updated the text in the body of the appointment
- Deleted the meeting
- Rescheduled the meeting
If your meetings/appointments include any of the characteristics listed above, you will need to update the meeting/appointment or delete and recreate the meeting/appointment.
