Following the tenant-to-tenant migration, Outlook and OneDrive are currently impaired for some St. Joseph caregivers. As a workaround for Outlook, caregivers are able to access their email via SJH OKTA.
St. Joseph Health (SJH) migration impacts
Following the tenant-to-tenant migration, Outlook and OneDrive are currently impaired for some St. Joseph caregivers. As a workaround for Outlook, caregivers are able to access their email via SJH OKTA.
- SJH O365 caregivers are waiting for email, OneDrive, and SharePoint to be fully migrated.
- The following services are still impaired for SJH O365 caregivers:
- Shared folders and mailboxes
- Shared calendars, email signatures and email rules
Issues communicating to some SJH caregivers
- Caregivers may receive a bounce back after emailing an SJH O365 caregiver.
- Caregivers may experience a delay in responses from SJH O365 caregivers.
- Problems related to SJH caregivers receiving emails from senders outside PSJH seem to have been resolved.
