With ServiceNow Release 2 deploying on November 3, it’s time to start thinking about the latest round of training we’re about to launch. In addition to continuing Service Catalog Fulfiller training, we’re adding training around this upcoming release’s Demand Management and Project/Portfolio Management functionality in three types for various learning styles.
- Self-Directed – Standard operating procedures will be available for you and your caregivers to read at your own pace. These will post on Oct. 1 to the Org Readiness portal > Training.
- Video-on-Demand – ServiceNow training videos that take you step-by-step through the ServiceNow Release 2 applications will be available Starting Oct. 15 at Org Readiness portal > Training.
- Instructor-Led Training – Interactive virtual training sessions on topics such as Project & Program Management, Time Sheet, Demand Management, and Ideation, with time for questions, has posted to the Org Readiness portal > Training calendar, starting the week of Oct. 15 and running through Nov. 9. With some longer-format (up to three hours) training for this release, please review the site’s recommendations on who should attend each, so only the most relevant caregivers make time to attend.
