As we take an enhanced approach to protect data, Office 365 mobile apps will soon have Application Protection Policies (APP) applied. The new settings will be deployed for the Apple iOS and Android devices for the following groups:
May 11 — Knowledge workers and support workers enrolled in APP
June 8 — Frontline caregivers enrolled in APP
June 22 — Remainder of PSJH Enterprise enrolled in APP
This new strategy will apply security policies at the app level rather than the entire device.
