Last Wednesday, Shared Services caregivers at Portland’s Lloyd Center offices had the opportunity to learn more about Microsoft Teams and our other Modern Workplace tools that have rolled out to them in recent months.

Approximately 140 caregivers attended one of three training sessions and brought great questions to our walk-up table outside the conference room.

Gillian Wagstaff, Damarys Blanco and Marcy Satalich represented the Collaboration Apps team and assisted our Microsoft Customer Success Managers.

Katie Reed, a clinical informatics education specialist, worked closely with the team in her role as one of our Modern Workplace Change Agents. In this role, Katie served as an ambassador for Portland, assisting in promoting the event and making all on-site arrangements for us. Katie’s enthusiasm for our new Modern Workplace tools is contagious.

“As we move to O365 and SharePoint Online, I’ll be working on transitioning our sites. I love watching caregivers learn, take away new ideas, and work together,” Katie shares.

We would like to invite you to be a part of the front lines for the Modern Workplace transformation, by being in the Modern Workplace Change Agent Network. You’ll get advanced access to applications and information and serve as a point resource for disseminating this information to your team and other colleagues.
