As the PPMO and QA organizations transition to new leadership, we’ve shared that some of our project/program management and quality assurance (QA) caregivers may move into the groups leading the projects they support and out of the central IS PPMO. The prior PPMO model, formerly led by Chris Briggs, GVP of the new Strategic Enablement Function, is now becoming a slightly refocused Strategies & Project Management Office, under the direction of new GVP Ivette de Rubens.
An initial phase of this transition includes a group of PMs and QA caregivers into the Clinical & Revenue Cycle Applications team, which will align them more closely to the work they support as Tabitha Lieberman’s organization delivers critical tools to PSJH.
