Consolidating users and resources onto a new, standardized, cross-PSJH domain is going to be essential for our implementation of Epic across legacy St. Joseph Health ministries.
This foundational work is so critical, we’re taking it slowly. We’re starting to communicate to our legacy St. Joseph Health caregivers in Southern California about this upcoming change ― the most caregiver-impacting piece is the change they will experience with how they log into web application via Okta single-sign on.
At SJH, these Okta-accessed web applications are primarily Outlook webmail, Workday, ServiceNow, HRPortal, and SuccessFactors. As we consolidate domains, SJH users’ Okta login will now use the ComputerLogin@providence.org vs. the ComputerLogin@stjoe.org. We’re also rebranding their desktop wallpaper to a shared PSJH-branded wallpaper.
