Team,
I wanted to share some important updates with you as we begin the month of October.
First, after nearly ten years with Providence, Alex Herr has made the difficult decision to pursue an opportunity outside of the organization. Alex’s last day will be November 1st. Over the years, Alex has held many leadership roles within RESO, and his contributions have been instrumental in shaping our success. His leadership, particularly with our South Division team, has left a lasting impact on our organization. Please see Alex’s message here as he reflects on his time at Providence.
I’m also pleased to announce that Justin Montoya will step in as the interim South Division Chief Real Estate Officer while we begin the process of backfilling this role. We are grateful for Justin’s willingness to lead during this transition and support our team.
Additionally, I’d like to give a shoutout to our latest Caregiver Spotlight: Donico Hernandez, a Security Officer at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. Donico exemplifies our commitment to safety and service, and we’re proud to recognize his dedication and hard work. You can read more about Donico’s Spotlight here.
In other news, the Q3 RESO Quarterly Business Review (QBR) has been finalized and is now available for everyone to view. I encourage you to take a look here, as it provides valuable insights into the work and progress across our divisions.
Please join me in celebrating Healthcare Security and Safety Week this week! Thank you to our security professionals for their commitment and dedication to the safety of our patients, caregivers and community. A note from our Executive Director Physical Security, Travis Theide.
Finally, a reminder that the Caregiver Experience Survey is currently open. Your honest and open feedback is essential to helping us make meaningful improvements. Please remember that your responses are completely confidential. The survey will run until October 16, so be sure to participate if you haven’t already.
Thank you all for your continued dedication and for the incredible work you do every day. Please join me in wishing Alex all the best in his next chapter and in thanking him for his years of service to Providence.
Best regards,
Mike Denney
SVP, Chief Real Estate Officer
