Shoutout to Keith, a seasoned security officer who went above and beyond to support the BHU NOC shift during a particularly challenging night. Keith’s expertise and calm demeanor played a crucial role in de-escalating a potentially volatile situation, and his ability to intervene and direct a patient back to their room prevented a code and ensured a safer environment for all.

His collaboration with the nursing team and security colleagues was seamless, and his veteran instincts and knowledge were invaluable in maintaining a high level of safety and care.
