Greetings RESO team,
As we step into June, I want to take a moment to highlight the significance of Pride Month and our ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone within the RESO organization. Embracing diversity and promoting inclusion are core to our values, and it’s essential that we celebrate the unique identities and contributions of all our caregivers.
In this newsletter, I’m excited to provide an update on several initiatives that reflect our dedication to supporting and recognizing our amazing team.
First, I want to share our new Caregiver Spotlight series which shines a light on the outstanding efforts and stories of our frontline caregivers. You can read more about our first caregiver to receive a spotlight – Brenda Clark, EVS Technician from Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, Washington here. I look forward to continuing to celebrate the incredible individuals who make RESO thrive as this series becomes part of our ongoing communications.
Next, I am very excited to announce the launch of our OnboardMe initiative. The first ninety days of employment are critical for our new caregivers, and this program is designed to ensure a smooth and supportive transition that aligns with Providence’s mission and values. OnboardMe will provide comprehensive support by reducing the complexity of the onboarding process for our new caregivers; moving from fragmented systems and multiple points of engagement to one single onboarding experience..
I’m also looking forward to seeing many of you in person at the hybrid IS & RISO open forum in Anaheim, California, on Wednesday, June 19 at 8AM PST. This event will be a fantastic opportunity to connect with executives and each other, participate in a live Q&A session, and socialize.
