Hello RESO team,
I wanted to take a moment to highlight some exciting updates and from our recent initiatives across Providence.
Providence recently piloted our new Caregiver Engagement Survey process. The pilot survey was sent to a limited number of caregivers to give us a good sampling and make sure this new quarterly survey will be meaningful and improve the process. As you can see below, our results for the survey were very good and I want to thank those who were selected for the pilot for taking the time to try out the new Glint tool and complete the survey. We’ll have more information coming before the full survey rolls out this summer.
I also wanted to highlight some great work by other teams starting with the Providence St. Vincent Green Team which as increased engagement and participation across departments. From rehabbing the community garden to educational outreach on Earth Day, the team’s efforts to promote sustainability are commendable.
Meanwhile, Covenant Medical Center recently hosted a tour for Lubbock Independent School District’s Vocational Transition Center students, providing hands-on experiences across various hospital departments. Led by dedicated guides and caregivers, the tour inspired curiosity and aspirations in the next generation of caregivers.
Additionally, the transformation of an unused space into the “Caregiver Courtyard” at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is a testament to our commitment to enhancing the caregiver experience. From the dedication ceremony to the thoughtful landscaping, this initiative demonstrates our dedication to creating spaces that benefit our caregivers and visitors alike.
Overall, these initiatives reflect our ongoing commitment to innovation, sustainability, and community engagement. I’m proud of the progress we’re making and look forward to building on these successes in the future.
Best regards,
Mike Denney
