She stated I just wanted to tell someone about the lady cleaning my family member’s room. She has a great smile and the best customer service ever, the room was cleaned every day, fresh linens were provided on a regular, basis, supplies restocked and trash pulled daily. The lady cleaning the room always said good morning, introduced herself, asked if we needed anything, all while providing service with a smile. I thanked her and said the employee is a great example of Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital’s values. I told her Violetta would receive kudos for positively impacting our patients lives. The family member thanked me and said please make sure she receives some kind of recognition.
