I hope this note finds you all doing well. I wanted to touch base on a few important updates that are on the horizon.
Talent reviews are just around the corner, and this is an invaluable opportunity for us to recognize and develop our talented team members. Your participation and insights are crucial as we identify strengths, areas for growth, and opportunities for advancement. You will see more information about this in the coming weeks as we announce the schedule and provide materials to support you in this process.
Additionally, I’m pleased to announce the release of the rest of 2024 capital. This funding will enable us to move forward with strategic projects and initiatives that will further our mission and goals. Each Division is releasing their list of priority projects for 2024 and we’ll be publishing updates so you can stay informed about the status of these critical projects.
I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all RESO caregivers who participated in the first pilot of the updated Caregiver Engagement Survey. As we move to quarterly surveys with fewer questions, your feedback is incredibly valuable. We want to make sure we are asking the right questions to help us better understand and address the needs and concerns of our team. The results of the pilot survey will be released to participating core leaders today, followed by a meeting invite for all core leaders whose teams responded. We’ve also started the first of our focus groups to gather insights on the new survey and dashboard experience. More information on this will be shared soon. The system will also be hosting office hours in the coming weeks for core leaders to join and ask questions about the dashboard and share their experience. Details will be shared as soon as dates are finalized.
