Edgar Suarez, associate security officer – St. Joseph Hospital of Orange – Orange, California
Going above and beyond in caring for patients by demonstrating compassion and professionalism for everyone with a welcome heart. ~ William Munoz-Cleto – associate security officer
CBX Dispatcher team – Providence Alaska Medical Center – Anchorage, Alaska
I had to be out unexpectedly since January 25, 2024, due to a fall with injuries that required surgery, and just returned to work. The whole team worked together to cover my shifts and let me know to come back only when I was ready and able. It has been a long two months, and I am still recovering, but I appreciate their support and helpfulness. ~ Cristanne Swanda – dispatcher
Logan Bloodworth, senior evs manager – Covenant Medical Center – Lubbock, Texas
I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the STELLAR support that Logan provided for the move into Hope Tower and the two moves at Mercy Tower. This was a tremendous lift for him and his team and a critical component of the successful multi-phased move. His ability to pivot and address the multiple issues of a dynamic schedule, as well as his calm, professional manner and obvious desire to support his EVS team and the project team cannot be overstated. What an outstanding team member! ~ Debby Matheny – project coordinator
Jody Miller, evs supervisor – Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children’s Hospital – Spokane, Washington
Jody is always helping us as supervisors to learn how to work through onboarding with our new hires. She is patient and understanding of what we are up against, with so many different obstacles due to a lot of our new people having language barriers. It is not an easy process when you have a lot of steps to get done in a timely manner, but you don’t read English, we all hope for a day where all of onboarding can be switched into different languages, and our caregivers understand 100% of what is going on. She takes the initiative to learn so much on day shift and then will spend the extra time it takes to teach the rest of the other shift supervisors so we can help and make new caregivers feel comfortable coming to us with any questions or concerns. She really goes above and beyond. ~ Rebecca Osborne – evs supervisor
Mayte Castro, evs supervisor – Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center – Laguna Beach, California
She is amazing team leader, manager and great co-worker, in EVS Mission Viejo – Laguna Beach ~ Jhosselyn Tavara – evs technician
Rachel Lucatero, evs technician – Providence St. Vincent Medical Center – Portland, Oregon
Rachel is always working above and beyond her assignments, is punctual, and willing to help anywhere we need her. She keeps our patients and caregivers safe and meeting their needs.
Thank you for being on our team. ~ Danijela Godic-Mavrak – evs supervisor
Yuliya Ivanchenko, evs technician –Providence St. Vincent Medical Center – Portland, Oregon
I want to recognize Yulia Ivanchenko for her incredible work that she does every night she is on shift, it is noticeable how thorough and efficient she is in her duties of cleaning in EKG department. She also exudes a wonderful attitude and dedication to her position that is admirable. If I ask her to do an extra job she always has a smile and does not complain. ~ Reyna Cortez – evs supervisor
