I’m pleased to announce that Loriann Duffy has accepted the position of Executive Director, Operational Excellence for RESO. In this role Loriann will be responsible for driving programs and initiatives supporting our continuous improvement. Loriann will report directly to me and will join us March 11th.
Prior to joining Providence, Loriann was the SVP of Property Management for a national medical office real estate investment firm where she developed the property and asset management systems for a portfolio of 600,000 SF. Her success at building relationships with multiple health systems and improving tenant satisfaction demonstrates her focus on customer service and ability to drive positive change.
Prior to her SVP role, Loriann was the Director of Property Operations for Northwestern Medicine in Chicago. In this role, Loriann was responsible for 10M SF of downtown office buildings, medical campus management and a total of 300 medical properties. At Northwestern, she excelled at collaborating with Northwestern’s Facilities, EVS, Security and other operations teams to build integrated teams and superior results.
I’m excited to welcome Loriann to the RESO team and congratulate her for being selected from a field of 78 applicants from across the country who applied for this position. I look forward to what we will create to establish Providence as the industry leader in operational excellence. Our success is dependent on our ability to support our teams and provide everyone with the tools and resources we need to manage our workloads and be able to focus on Mission.
Please join me in congratulating Loriann on her new role.
