Tina Bergholm, evs manager – Providence Milwaukie Hospital – Milwaukie, Oregon

Tina is our new EVS manager (after having been our supervisor for years) here at Prov Milwaukie. I’ve had the chance to work with her for over 3 years now and my respect for her as a supervisor and manager continues to grow. Management does not look easy, in fact, it looks incredibly challenging. Tina proves herself to be a true, natural leader and Providence caregiver in every sense of those words and is COMPLETELY up for the daily challenge. As a caregiver with Providence for over 12 years I can honestly say that as a manager Tina listens to you, advocates for you, admonishes you fairly (I know πŸ™‚ ), gets things done (boy does she get things done!), and cares deeply for our department and Providence Milwaukie Hospital.
