In light of the recent staff changes, a vacancy has emerged for the eBuilder administrative role. We are seizing this moment to restructure the position to better align with the Project Management Office (PMO). This deliberate adjustment aims to seamlessly merge our construction management tools with our current project management methodologies, ultimately boosting workflow efficiency.
Additionally, we have appointed a seasoned system administrator. This individual’s proven expertise is anticipated to rapidly lead us to a more efficient operational state. To ensure a comprehensive understanding of the system’s current performance and to establish a clear plan for future improvements, the PMO is collaborating closely with the IS and Data & Analytics teams. This collaboration is focused on establishing a foundational understanding of the system’s current operation, agreeing on a strategy for stabilization, and then developing a detailed plan for enhancing its functionality.
