In our last RESO Update, we reviewed some of the initiatives that were spearheaded by our PMO team in partnership with Design & Planning and Construction. The RESO PMO team is here to increase transparency and organization by providing consistent process and project controls. Our goal is to eventually ease the administrative burden and welcome increased bandwidth for our Project Managers. This will allow us to focus on delivering high-quality projects that meet and exceed our stakeholders’ and client’s expectations.
In Q1 2024, RESO PMO team will focus on 4 critical areas:
