Mario is one of the best Manager’s that I have had the pleasure to work for here at St. Mary’s Medical Center or for that fact, in any of my past employment experiences. He is gracious, compassionate, not quick to pass judgement. He is kind to everyone and gives his full attention, listening intently to others. As a leader, he displays compassion to his crew and to fellow caregivers throughout the hospital. His dedication is genuine and honest. He is faithful to our Mission and thinks of St. Mary Medical Center first and what is best for SMMC and the caregivers. Using his vast knowledge and experience, Mario considers the pros and cons of situations. He has full faith in his crew and considers their input important thus creating a working environment of strong trust in one another. He brought together individuals with unique talents creating a team emphasizing his unwavering “Can Do” and “We Provide a Service” attitude.
