Dear team,
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and were able to enjoy quality time with your loved ones.
I continue to be so proud of the work and accomplishments that RESO has made. I want to extend my thanks to those of you who helped support Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett during the 5-day nurse strike. Seeing the teamwork within RESO to support PRMCE was fantastic. Thank you.
When we received the results of this year’s Caregiver Experience Survey, we asked each leader to take a proactive approach and come up with an action item that can be announced in December. As our first initiative for all of RESO, I’m excited to announce quarterly town halls that will address our universal skills. Our first town hall will focus on finance and explain why what we do matters and how RESO can have a positive impact on Mission and the future of Providence.
I’m also looking forward to sharing updates on exciting RESO projects that will launch in 2024 including the Swedish First Hill Tower, Mission, and other critical projects moving forward next year!
Thanks again for all the work that you’ve done for Providence.
Mike Denney
