1,620 caregivers joined BJ and the executive team virtually and over 250 gathered in Portland for business updates and recognition.

- BJ thanked Portland for the warm welcome and encouraged the team to join in the Mission service opportunity and the virtual summer social this week.
- BJ shared some EVP/CIO update items:
- $3,600 had been raised through the fourth annual IS & RESO Virtual Sumer Social and Mission Raffle benefitting the Blanchet House
- PGC growth and recent achievements
- A reminder to take advantage of our hybrid work option utilizing our newly established hotel office areas to foster human connection
- System renewal progress
- Karina and Ana Olazabal-Foma’i, Program Manager, Mission Operations, discussed our Mission Ambassador program and the recent Mission service efforts throughout IS & RESO.
- BJ discussed all the ways we’re encouraging human connection including hybrid Open Forums (next one in October in Texas), virtual Open Door roundtables, and hoteling spaces and flexible team collaboration spaces.
- BJ honored the Q2 EVP/CIO SMIle Award winners.
- Mike Denney, GVP, RESO, and Andrew Haslam, VP, RESO Central Division, provided an update, including Central/Oregon RESO activities.
- Frances Chao, GVP, Enterprise Business Applications, shared Genesis and Kronos highlights from the past year.
- Mark Premo, GVP, Healthcare Intelligence, and Tristan Markwell, sr. principal data science engineer, announced the launch of ProvChat as a pilot to the IS & RESO team.
