An invite with the Teams live event link, as well as instructions for in-person attendance has been sent to all Portland-area IS & RESO caregivers from BJ, so check your calendar!
Join our next hybrid IS & RESO Open Forum for an update from BJ and his leadership team. For caregivers in the Portland-area, you’re highly encouraged to join our execs and teams gathering in-person in our Providence Office Park, Building 2 (POP2) office in downtown Portland, where our leaders and guests will present in-person and meet with teams after. We’ll also host a morning coffee social, immediately following the meeting, as well as a BBQ lunch. See the schedule below, which includes an opportunity to volunteer for a Mission Service activity for those attending in Portland and RSVP for the BBQ – IS & RESO Mission Service Activity and BBQ sign up. For those out of the Portland area, you already have the normal remote live event invite to participate online in your calendar. See link at bottom, as well as in the invitation you should have from BJ in your calendar.

Schedule of Portland activities on August 9
- 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. – In-person IS & RESO hybrid Open Forum in POP2 1st floor conference rooms
- 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. – Open Door coffee social event with BJ and exec team,1st floor conference rooms
- 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. – Open Door meetings, where BJ will meet individually with local leadership teams (at POP2)
- 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – Portland Backyard BBQ lunch with outdoor games, POP2 1st floor and west courtyard
- 1:00-2:00 p.m.– Mission Service event assembling hygiene kits for Blanchet House, POP2 1st floor conf. rooms (goal of assembling 1,500)
- 1:30-3:30 p.m. – BJ meets with local pillar leaders and teams (multiple locations in POP2)
