Introducing the RESO Intake Portal

RESO is excited to announce the development of the RESO Intake Portal, a web-based tool developed in collaboration with Information Services to standardize and streamline the intake process for RESO projects. This includes Master Planning, Strategic Initiatives, and other IRT projects that involve the built environment. The portal will enable RESO to prioritize requests, manage demand, and optimize Planning & Design functions, as well as provide a dashboard view for executive leadership and stakeholders.

The RESO Intake Portal is set to go live next week and will initially be available for RESO leaders to submit projects and requests for Master Planning and Growth & Expansion. In future phases, the portal will be updated and expanded to include additional service lines and will be available to external teams requesting RESO resources. The intake form will be open for the internal team to submit new projects and requests that will need to go through IRT for approval. Historical projects and already active projects at the time of go-live do not need to be submitted into the Intake Portal.

The Intake Portal is currently in the testing phase and all information submitted into the form will be removed as the web-portal is updated with feedback for go-live. Users can submit requests on behalf of others by including the requestor’s name in the Requested by field in the intake form. The target timeline for review and approval of projects and requests is two weeks. We are excited to see the positive impact the RESO Intake Portal will have on our organization throughout 2023.
