To help ensure a smooth transition away from PST files, we are moving the enforcement date of the two-year email retention policy for all caregivers to next year. The updated email retention policy enforcement timeline will be communicated as soon as it is available.
The schedule for disabling PST files for Outlook will not change. As a reminder, PST files will be disabled for caregivers according to the following timeline:

Shared Services caregivers will be impacted based on geographic location.
Reminder: Action required by above date
- Review your PST files to determine what emails and attachments you need to retain.
- Save those items to OneDrive or SharePoint.
Note: If you have already completed these steps there is no action for you to take.
