Genesis Supply Chain Waved Deployment, Downtime, and Recognition

The next phase of Genesis focused on deploying full supply chain functionality in five waves towards modernization of processes and technologies to increase automation, drive innovation, and improve the supply/service ordering experience for caregivers.

  • Deployment 1 went live on November 7 to D1 ministries in Eastern Washington and Montana including seven ambulatory clinics; enhancing supply/service ordering experience for ~1400 caregivers and total of 18 entities
  • Deployment 2 went live on December 5 to D2 ministries in Oregon, Alaska and Washington (13 acute ministries + 26 ambulatory groups + 12 other (Shared Services, JV, Foundations); total of 51 entities.
    • D2 go-live is the largest implementation of our waved supply chain deployment where it will enhance the supply/service ordering experience for ~3000 caregivers. This is a significant undertaking as the scope of this deployment is not only larger in size, but it overlaps with stabilization efforts from July core deployment and Deployment 1 from November.
