ServiceNow fulfillment users will see a new look on Tuesday, January 17, 2023. The new user interface (UI), Next Experience, comes with several new features including:
- Themes – Switch between Light and Dark mode.
- Landing page – All work assignments in a simple layout to streamline your workflow.
- Unified navigation header– Increased functionality to display and collapse menu items for quick access to work and applications.
- Interactive Dashboards – Easier to use versions of your homepages, which are not supported in the new UI. Learn how to convert your ServiceNow homepages to dashboards.
