I’d like to take a moment to recognize two significant milestone anniversaries. Congratulations to Raul Canal, Facilities Technician, St. Jude Medical Center – Burbank and John Greeny, Construction Manager, Swedish on an impressive 40 years with the organization!
On October 20, we shared an update regarding Hobbs Hospital during the Open Forum. Erick Wexler joined us and shared his vision for the new divisional operating model. If you missed it, I encourage you to view a recap of the meeting.
Finally, I want to take this opportunity to thank caregivers for their valuable feedback. The RESO Caregiver Experience Survey participation rate was 76%. I look forward to working with our system leadership to dive into the responses and understand how we can best support you and our Mission.
