Genesis launched the new Oracle Cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) system on July 5 for HR, Finance, and Resource, Engineering and Hospitality (supply chain) processes. On July 18, Healthcare Intelligence (HI) incorporated Genesis changes in the Cloud Data Warehouse (CDW). HI has completed the remaining scope and resolved defects for the project on September 30, 2022.
For questions and support, you must submit a request in ServiceNow instead of contacting the HI Genesis Team. The team has completed remaining project scope and transitioned support to existing HI teams. Any open issues have been reassigned as ServiceNow tickets.
Data Access and Data Governance
HI is working to improve governance and stewardship of restricted data, including personally identifiable information (PII). The HI Data Governance and Data Quality team has identified data stewards and set up a process for PII Access Requests for CDW in ServiceNow.

Finance Reports using CDW data:
- HI is directing requests for financial reports to our Finance partners and will continue developing financial reports that use CDW data as directed by Finance according to the HI and Finance Transition Plan
