Hi RESO team,
The RESO leadership team is refining the way we share information with everyone as we continue to evolve our organization. We are rolling out this new RESO Bi-Weekly Update newsletter every 2 weeks. This newsletter will give us a place to honor the great contributions of our “Recognizing RESO Excellence” winners, share updates with all the RESO service lines, and provide important updates on projects.
Today, I want to call out the Central Division RESO team in the TX/NM Region and congratulate the for the spectacular success in opening Covenant Hobbs Hospital in New Mexico last Wednesday. This was a herculean effort, and Mike Siwek and the RESO team successfully completed over six years of planning and 21 months of complex construction to open the doors to this community. We’ll have more on this great project soon.
I also want to take the opportunity to encourage everyone to provide feedback via the Annual Caregiver Experience Survey that starts tomorrow. This survey really helps me and our system leadership understand how we can best support you and ensures we are focused on things that will have a positive impact on your efforts to support our Mission.
