Healthcare Intelligence Expands Operations Within Providence Global Center

Healthcare Intelligence (HI) is doing its part to respond to the current financial challenges, while maintaining our services and supporting the 2025 strategy, communities we serve, and frontline caregivers. We are reducing our dependency on contract services and are expanding our operations within Providence Global Center.

HI will insource the following contract services:

Anticipated Benefits

Our plan to transition contract services to Providence Global Center will provide additional benefits beyond cost-savings. Here are a few examples of the expanded support capabilities:

  • Insourcing NTT prepares us for 24 hours/5 days systems support Monday through Friday IST from HI-India, with on-call support over weekends and holidays for high priority tickets
  • Insourcing Deloitte AMS means 100% of support and enhancements of the Insights costing system for our Finance partners is owned by the joint HI-India/HI-US team
  • Reporting and integration platforms such as Hyperion, Tableau, InfoView, Power BI, Informatica
  • System administration activities including Azure, Databricks, and Cloud DevOps
  • Product development work including Power BI Centralized Data Sets (CDS), Vantage, Streaming Data Platform, and Self-Serve Extracts
  • Data Operations team will provide on-call support to Cogito, HVR email alerts, perform code promotion activities coming through HICAB requests for Cost Insights and Vantage backend support activities
  • Platform Engineering team to support Cloud administration activities which includes Azure Administration, Azure SQL, Databricks and DevOps
  • Project Support: Patient Experience, Self-service Extracts, Data Governance Data Quality
