OnboardMe Launches in IS & RESO This Month

For months now, during the clinical staffing challenges presented by COVID-19, the Providence OnboardMe application, developed by IS Administrative Technology, has helped Providence accelerate the onboarding of new caregivers and eased the way for clinical core leaders. Now, IS & RESO gets to benefit from this tool, ahead of its rollout to broader Providence Shared Services.

Starting June 14, IS core leaders and “Shared Services” RESO core leaders (PL 483), with open positions they are hiring for, will receive information about the option of using the OnboardMe application. See training information below.

Please note exception for IS EBA team: Due to the constraints of Genesis roll-out, the IS Enterprise Business Applications team will not receive these OnboardMe training opportunities at this time.

About the tool

OnboardMe is an innovative tool that improves the onboarding experience and ensures the hiring journey is the best possible experience for all. It offers two platform solutions to improve the onboarding process:

  • Mobile application for candidates to guide/track their progress along every step of their onboarding journey, from offer acceptance through the completion of their first official day.
  • Candidate Onboarding Manager (COM) web-based portal tool, providing hiring managers delivering onboarding support to candidates with a shared, real-time view of the candidate’s onboarding progress
