As part of our flexible work model, collaboration workspaces are now available for use in select locations. These spaces are great for finding an individual desk and monitor to be productive for a day or few hours at a time in an office setting, or connecting with your teammates in-person when needed.
Watch these webinars to walk you through our new spaces and how to use them. They include a tutorial for our reservation software and explains the technology that are available in these spaces.
Washington
Renton/Valley Office Park (Morin and Pariseau buildings) is now open.

When you arrive on campus for the first time, visit security at the main Gamelin building entrance to reactivate your badge or get a new one. If it has been longer than three months since you have been on-site, your badge may be deactivated. Security is on-site starting at 8:00 a.m. If you arrive earlier than that, you will not be able to get in the building.
Seattle/Met Park, a convenient option for those formerly working from Bank of America Tower in downtown Seattle, will open on June 27. More information to come about how to reserve conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and individual workstations.
Redmond/Bear Creek is still available for those on the Eastside and can be booked online with iOffice.
Southern California
Park Place 3rd floor is now open.

Fill out the Park Place Building Access Request Form if you need a new badge. Send the completed form to Andrew Kelley via email.
When you arrive on campus for the first time, visit the front desk on the first floor to reactivate your badge or receive your new badge.
Oregon
There are a very limited number of conference rooms and no collaboration spaces to reserve at this time. More will open in fall 2022. Read about conference rooms availability.
