Guy shares his journey from collegiate swimming to pediatric medical practice which led him to join Swedish in 2007. He eventually received his MBA from the University of Washington and shifted his career to executive management. He goes on to explain the current strategy and goals for the Puget Sound region, including the new brand and capital investment. He also recommends a book for everyone to read.
