Large Group Award: Epic Go-Live Team
Congrats to the large cross-IS team who supported the March 5 Epic go-live in Texas. Six more hospitals are now on Epic!
Team Award: Alaska Security Team
A recent incident outlines the exceptional services provided by the Security team, ensuring safety at Providence Anchorage Medical Center campus. Officers Latrellus Colbert, Aliki Inoke, Robert Wendt, and Cary Villaran were verbally engaging a discharge patient refusing to depart the ED lobby after discharge. These officers responded quickly and calmly to diffuse a potential high-risk situation.
Individual Award: Willy Heston, Engineer
Willy’s inquisitive style ensures that each project has sustainability oversight. Willy is instrumental in modernizing our built environment, recommending new efficiency ideas to help reach our carbon negative goal.
