Getting the Enterprise Ready for What’s Coming with Genesis ERP in July

Enterprise Business Applications is excited to help our caregivers get to know the Genesis program that goes live in July. The following information also ran in system Core Leader News on the week of February 14.

Powered by Oracle Cloud technology, the program includes:

  • Implementing our new, integrated enterprise resource planning system
  • Consolidating different versions of Kronos used by our family of organizations to a single version
  • Redesigning many of our business processes

Get to know Genesis by watching this introductory video that we’ve shared before. It explains how the program will help simplify and improve the work we do.

What’s changing?

The Genesis program will replace many of the separate tools our caregivers use today. See the table below and FAQ to learn more about the systems affected by Genesis.

Legacy ERP Systems

Notes:

  • You will continue using SuccessFactors for planned activities through the first half of 2022.
  • You will still log in to Kronos for timekeeping and scheduling, but the consolidated version will bring changes to how you interact with Kronos.

When does the Genesis program go live?

All functionality for HR, payroll and finance goes live in July. Supply chain functionality for select locations and Shared Services also goes live in July. Supply chain functionality for all other locations will go live in phases between the fourth quarter of 2022 and the second quarter of 2023.

To align with pay schedules, you will start using the consolidated version of Kronos in June (just before the Genesis go-live in July). Schedulers may start using the consolidated version of Kronos earlier.

More details will be shared in the coming months.

How will Genesis ease the way?
