After months of thoughtful and focused work by a team of cross-functional caregivers and feedback from key stakeholders, an organizational model for Clinical Technology Services was socialized by Chris Briggs, GVP, IS Strategic Technology Enablement (STE), in mid-November.
The new operating model will realign leadership across Clinical Engineering and End User Services into a common structure, but it will not directly impact front line caregivers or front-line leadership accountabilities.
Since that period, hiring for the new senior leadership roles within the new model has been underway, with a strong pool of internal applicants for the seven regional leadership positions and the enterprise-shared capability leadership role.
Chris has been sharing progress over recent weeks as these regional leadership positions for Clinical Technology Services have been filled.
Let’s take a moment to meet the regional executive director-level leaders of the new Clinical Technology Services team under Chris, many of whom will be familiar.

- Washington/Montana – Jeff Minnerly
