A note from IS & RESO EVP/CIO, B.J. Moore
On behalf of Providence and our executive leadership, I want to extend our thanks and appreciation to Kerrie Bartel-Christensen for her interim leadership of RESO and the major progress made during the past six months.
Under her leadership, we have gained significant momentum around key strategic opportunities that rely on great partnerships and collaboration between RESO, IS, and across Providence. Key highlights include our Administrative Building Strategy approved by Growth Council in September, appropriately adjusting our footprint for our new hybrid work model. We also received system support for the WE ACT Green Revolving Fund that will allow us to retrofit our facilities, making them more energy efficient and enabling our 2030 carbon negative goal.
I look forward to continuing to work with Kerrie as she continues to serve our Mission, leading Oregon real estate for Providence and helps our new SVP of RESO, Craig Arnold, transition into his new role.
Thank you, Kerrie, for your leadership in stepping up, advancing our strategy, and growing momentum!
