Important details
- You must refer from our internal career site using the “refer a friend” option. Follow the Step-by-Step Guide.
- Only positions within IS (PL 495) and RESO (PL 483) qualify.
- Referral must be made between now and December 31, 2021.
- Bonus is paid after referred candidate has been hired and has successfully completed their first 90 days of employment.
- RESO Environmental Services (EVS) job postings are not currently in the scope of our referral program.
- We encourage referrals to jobs outside IS & RESO, as well. However, they are not in-scope for the referral bonus.
