June 3 IS & RESO Open Forum

We had over 1,700 caregivers join our Thursday, June 3, 2021 Open Forum, during which our IS & RESO executives covered a wide variety of timely topics.

  • Reflection in solidarity of those lost and caregivers/families impacted by COVID-19 in India and within Providence Global Center with Leslie Pim, CHRO for PGC, as well as some updated on the situation in Hyderabad from PGC SVP/Country Manager Murali Krishna.
  • Monthly EVP/CIO update from B.J. Moore
  • Clinical perspective on the COVID-19 pandemic status and vaccination progress in India, the US, and across our Providence communities from Dr. Michael Marino, CMIO/SVP, and Tabitha Lieberman, SVP of Clinical & Revenue Cycle Applications
  • An overview of our May 15 Orange County-High Desert Epic (and other clinical applications) go-live from Tabitha, looking at statistics, as well as upcoming milestones
  • An overview of our IS & RESO 2021 Strategic Focus priority around “Network Always On” from Mike King, VP of Network
  • A look at how we’re powering ministries in Washington State with renewable energy from sr. energy program manager Geoff Glass
  • An update on our work toward a single service delivery model for RESO Clinical Engineering and IS device field support from Chris Briggs, GVP, Strategic Technology Enablement
  • New ReadyTECH hardware bundle options from Lenovo to complement our Dell offering and address supply chain constraints shared by Ryan Klein, VP, enterprise collaboration & program operations
