Congratulations to our First-Ever Quarterly IS & RESO EVP Award Winners/Finalists for Q12021

Back in March, we shared the announcement of a new quarterly honor to recognize business achievements of both individuals and teams who live our Providence Values, lead with excellence, and demonstrate the Simplify, Modernize, Innovate principles of IS & RESO.

On our April 29, 2021 IS & RESO Open Forum, EVP/CIO, B.J. Moore shared our Individual and Team winners. Here, we also look at top finalists who were “runners up,” receiving quarterly peer nominations for the SMIle Awards.

Team Winners: Cross-IS Vaccine Readiness Support

Cross-IS team of caregivers supporting system-wide readiness during initial wave of COVID-19 vaccinations (VAV Tool, etc.). Nominated, by GVP of IS Administrative Technology, Doug Lewis, this team collaborated on innovative solutions during a crisis, across multiple teams within IS and outside, and had a significant positive impact on Providence’s ability to respond quickly to COVID-19 in a time of real need.

Individual Winner: Jeff West, Heritage facility and real estate services transition

Jeff West, VP of California RESO, was recognized for his work leading the transition Heritage facility and real estate services in a manner described as “head and shoulders above expectations.” The service level provided by Jeff and the CBRE team led to a smooth and successful transition that will provide best practice support, operational efficiency and expense management.
