On March 14, 2021, Kronos Workforce Scheduler (WFS) successfully went live for Montana’s Providence St. Joseph Medical Clinic – Polson.
Encompassing the scheduling and staffing of four nursing and clinical departments in Polson and 67 caregivers, go-live support included training and remote support for all schedulers and managers.
The go-live on Kronos WFS moves Polson onto our single instance of Kronos, leveraging our enterprise system standard for nurse scheduling and staffing. It also will facilitate collaboration on best practices with other regions across Providence and enable automated system access through ERP (enterprise resource planning) integration, including the upcoming Genesis system.
And supporting our IS strategy of Simplify, Modernize, Innovate, this move to Kronos WFS will streamline our application portfolio, reduce maintenance costs, expand our use of Kronos as the enterprise scheduling standard, and make it easier for IS to support.
