Computer Hardware Reclamation & Disposal Program Now Available

Did you know that IS offers a way to recycle our old outdated computer hardware properly and safely?

The convenient Reclamation & Disposal Program ensures we are compliant with environmental and data security regulations, and recover the greatest value from our old, unused IT equipment.

Reclamation & Disposal is available to all Providence caregivers working remote or on-site. If you have one or more old laptops, desktop computers, or 2-in1 laptops/tablets that you are no longer using, you can easily make use of the new program by submitting a reclamation request.

After you submit a reclamation request, you will be sent an email with a FedEx shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the device. Special arrangements can also be made with Asset Management if your device is on-site or if you have more than five (5) devices that need to be picked up.

Learn more about the Reclamation and Disposal Program and get started recycling your old equipment today.

The program is self-funded, which means there is no cost to Providence or the caregiver, as the funds that are generated from the equipment reclamation pay for the shipping and all costs associated with the program.
