At the end of 2020, IS Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) completed a number of projects that are prerequisites to Project Genesis, our ERP program. While currently in the stabilization phase, these projects support our IS strategy of simplifying technology, while enabling growth of the organization toward achieving a Health 2.0 vision.
Home and Community Care (HCC) Payroll and SJH Kronos Go-Live: End of Dec. 2020
In support of a streamlined transition for HCC to the Genesis ERP solution, this project replaced current ADP payroll and other disparate timekeeping systems with SJH Workday Payroll and SJH Kronos Timekeeping for five HCC companies, affecting around 2,200 caregivers.
Shared Services Transition Go-Live: End of Dec. 2020
This project facilitated the transition of Shared Services caregivers and outlying ministries from SJH Workday to the PHS Lawson system in preparation for implementation of Project Genesis. Caregivers in companies E01 and E02 in Workday, and from other outlying ministries, moved to Shared Services process levels in Lawson.

Through M&A initiatives, the following entities went live in Dec. 2020/Jan. 2021 and will be included in the scope of Genesis Jan. 2022 go-live:

- ACN Admin, WA/MT Region Process Level move – Dec. 20, 2020

- Healdsburg (NorCal): Kronos + Workday – Jan. 1, 2021
