The IS Growth & Affiliations (G&A) team within the IS Strategy & Centers of Excellence team wanted to share three major HR go-lives that provide caregivers at newly Providence-affiliated ministries access to our IS-supported HR tools. For those caregivers, it is a significant step toward making their conversion to Providence caregivers complete and tangible, as well as easing their way.
On January 1, 2021, the following affiliated ministries were provided access to our shared Providence Lawson/ProvConnect HR and payroll systems, as well as Providence benefits.
- Healdsburg Hospital, Sonoma County, CA
- St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute and INHS (Inland Northwest Health Services), Spokane, WA
- Hobbs Hospital, Covenant Health (formerly operated by Nor-Lea Hospital District), Eastern New Mexico
This involves significant system integration work supported by numerous teams across IS. This process of HR systems integration is called an “HR go-live” or “HR cut-over,” and is a critical initial step in the Providence integration process for recently affiliated ministries. This effort received support, including many long days and holiday hours, from many groups across IS, including Information Security, Identity & Access Management, TEO, End User Support, Enterprise Business Applications, in addition to the G&A team. Congratulations to all those involved!
