RESO Planning Team – Hillary Altmann, institutional design director, and Michelle Bernard, institutional planning director, for their work building a robust data-driven construct over the last 18 months to inform strategic decision-making and capital deployment for our acute care campuses, known as the Facility Acute Care Summary (FACS). If utilized effectively, their work can lead to not only billions of dollars in savings, but a more sustainable future for the organization, and more affordable care for the communities we serve.
RESO Individual Winner
Susan Gillespie, executive director real estate operations, has been instrumental is leading LEAN Blackbelt initiatives across the division that has led to system-level standardization, operational efficiencies, and reduction in operating expenses. Under her leadership, Susan has been able to improve cross-collaboration with other lines of business to gain better insights into overall cost reductions and process improvements. These efforts included managing the RFP process for both the nurse call system project and automated COVID entry screening, as well as ongoing COVID surge planning and workforce needs.
IS Individual Winner
Pamela Chambers, sr. enterprise client administrator, for her work on the ReadyTECH initiative to deliver end user devices within 24 hours and to simplify how applications are deployed to our caregivers.
IS & RESO CFO Award Finalists
Bradley Hoza, sr. data base developer, TEO IS Engineering, Amy Buck, web applications developer lead, Epic Integration, and Raju Datla, sr. Epic applications architect lead, for their work on the Providence Cash Management (PCM) web application, improving how non-Epic receipts get handled, minimizing errors and shortening processing time.
Al Fluke, principal affiliations project manager, TEO technical integration, for his work on the St. Joseph Health Epic migration project.
David Andrew, principal engineer, TEO IS Engineering, for his commitment to Azure and helping to manage the operations and applications teams with their processes for provisioning hosts and infrastructure.
