Designed for caregivers outside of the IS Organization, the goal is to provide easy navigation to IS resources

- Access to IS News for non-IS caregivers
- Limited system status and outage information

- Self-serve resources
- Information about IS
IShub – providence4.sharepoint.com/sites/IShub
Designed for internal IS caregivers, the goal is to provide resources and easy navigation within IS, including Mission & Caregiver Experience
- Executive messages and news for IS caregivers
- IS training and knowledge
- IS self-service resources
- Resources by type of IS caregiver role
- IS recognition and milestones
- IS Caregier Experience Committee resources
- IS & RESO Mission resources
Both sites function complement our IS pillar SharePoint Online sites, serving as a directory to guide users in IS and outside IS to those sites’ specialized resources (training, support, reporting, data, etc.).
